Equity Fund

Karaka Private Equity No.1 LP Fund has been established as a private equity investment vehicle for wholesale clients of Craigs Investment Partners, which will invest as a limited partner in the Pencarrow V Investment Fund LP.  Pencarrow Private Equity Management Limited, a company owned by Pencarrow executives, is the investment manager of Pencarrow V. 

The Karaka offer opened on 5 March 2018 and successfully closed on 29 March 2018 raising $35 million.

Effective 30 August 2024 Karaka Management Limited, the General Partner, has consented to the transfer of the Partnership Shares to Custodial Services Limited as the new Limited Partner in place of Karaka Nominees No.1 Limited the Initial Limited Partner, in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement.

Custodial Services Limited will become a substitute Limited Partner, replacing Karaka Nominees No.1 Limited in that role. The Partnership Shares will be transferred to Custodial Services Limited to hold directly in its role as custodian, on bare trust on behalf of Beneficial Investors in the Partnership.

Notice of the change of Limited Partner has been sent to Investors 12 August 2024.
